Pain in knees
I am 31 year old female from the past 2 weeks i have been having pain in my knees.I have been taking calcium + Vit E but it hasn't helped me at all.Pain gets bad at night or while i lie down to rest.I will not say that the pain is unbearearable but it feels strange.I don't know if anyone can understand this but i guess all i want to say is that my knees hurt a little bit and they crackle when i sit or stand up from a sitting position.Brgds

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
This could be the starting point of a Viral Fever...starts with body pain.
Rhus Tox 200C and Eupatorium Perf. 200C have proved useful to many who have sought my advice.
Take the two meds alternately every hour...first day...as relief comes reduce frequency.
If other sympotms are showing up...post the same.

Dear Pankaj
I hate to contradict but i don't think it's a viral .Just a wild guess may be it has something to do with arthiritis. But i don't think its viral for sure it's something else.
