Adult acne

So i used to have bad acne as a teen and even took roaccutane for a year which helped. My skin was very mild in acne up until last year when my cheeks and chin area continualy flare up. I get a mixture of blackheads, cysts and white heads all of which are painful. I've taken every medicated store bought thing i can think of and am just getting upset now cos i have no clue what to do. Can you help me??

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Hey Cheryl, Ive done 4 courses of Accutane and still suffer in my thirties.
Check out this thread, on page one, kuldeep talks about a treatment for acne which is Safi, Neem Oil extract and Hepar sulphur.

Two weeks ago I picked a bottle of Safi and some neem Oil extract and have follwed instructions. Alrady noticed no new breakouts in the past two weeks. May be something worthwhile looking into.
To find Safi in Canada I went onto online phone number directory and typed in grocery stores - found one that caters to indo-Asian community and sure enough they had it.

Also check out many posts by Joe DeLivera on Acne, his Arnica treatments work pretty good as well.

Good Luck,
Jay
