This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Only experiece has taught me , and I know of no good books to aid you.

Certainly in general
Low potency is ' broad band ' and useful in dealing with tissue problems and general effects. 2x to 30x

For me high potency starts at
1m and goes up to CMM and needs to be very accurately prescribed using to indications very closely.

30c to 150c comes in between and I try to avoid the 200,

Dear Walkin

Has potency to do anything with whether the ailment is chronic or accute, for example, low potency + higher frequency = chronic disease, high potency +low frequency = accute disease.

Please advise

I agree no one book I have seen is helpful. One thing I consider is the enegy level of the paitent. Those with more energy I feel more comfortable going a little higher. Those with low energy stick to the low potencies and work your way up in watery solutions. (by low I mean 6c, 30c.) I have not personally had problems with the 200c (I know some do) but I figure if im comfortable with a 200c-iD be comfortable going higher. If I know the patient is hypersensitive I go with a 6c in water otherwise 30c is anice place to start.
