High Blood Pressure
Some time back I found a list of BP remedies from Arjuna, Rauwolfia, Veratrum Viride, Baryta Mur, Crataegus, Arnica and Ferrum Phos. Arnica 30C wet dose doesn't seem to be addressing the BP at all.I believe someone said Ferrum Phos 30X one dose per day. How many pellets in one dose?
Can anyone suggest the BEST remedy to try first?
Thanks, joyce m

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Ferrum phos 30X was recommended by Sabra at thread 18265 on Feb. 28, 2005, if I remember correct.
The dose according to Sabra, one dose a day, when feeling better every other day, every third day and so on.
If it is pellets 4-5, if drop 5 drops.
One thing important, not to discontinue your regular medication.
My experience: First find out your constitutional remedy, after taking it, see whether you have any other cause that may hinder the process, say cholestrol, that has to be eleminated. Cholesterinum 3X or Crateagus Q will help.
Check out Dr. Deloshlok's or Pankaj Varma's advice on this subject.
Finally Plumbum iodatum 30C, and Cal. Fluo 3X would be the answer, long term treatement is necessary. Please check out Dr. Sajjad's advice on Nov. 15, 2005 on this subject.
Arnica 30 wet dose can be followed. You may not feel any benefit but it definitely will help you, give you a good night sleep and fresh wake up in the morning. That help to reduce the tension of the body.
Some one here will help you if you need further advice.
Take care.

I talked to the homeopath at our pharmacy today and she recommended Crataegus Oxyac 6C 3 pellets twice a day to see if this will help lower my BP. I was getting confused, again, with all suggestions, so I spoke to Sabine and she gave me this info on what she feels can help. We'll see. I really don't want to do the drug scene.
Am doing other supplements too. And exercise, meditation, etc. etc. joyce
