To Dr. Deoshlok (Sir,I m Very hopeful Plz answer)

sir for your information i am telling you the every major steps that happened to me.i think these sort of comments will be beneficial for me and you also for the treatment of my problem :
When i was in 6th standard the small and mild spot appears in my right forehead and that time me and my family did'nt take it seriously. but after sometimes some spots appears in my fingertips,elbow,legs and in right cheek also. then the medicinal treatment have started first allopathic and then homeopathic but no any improvement appears at all.
then someone told us that the ayurvedic treatment is effective in the prevention of this desease and suggest me to Babchi seeds that soak the powder of babchi seed in water overnight and in the morning boil it for 5 mins and drink it when cools. this process repeated in night also. and locally apply the roghan babchi (a oil of babchi). this gives me the great relief and then i continued this treatment for many years and noticed that the spread is under control and small spots diminishes.
but the spots of the face again appears when i stopped to apply the roghan babchi. this gives me very devastation and the worries hold me all the time and i always think about my spots. i m worried about my desease because socially i m feeling very embarassment when i appears in any meeting, confrence or any where else where the people are in numbers.

Now the spots of lips have not in under control and grows day by day and the inner portion of the mouth(i think mucosa) is also turns in to white.sir sometimes the control and spread seems to be under control and sometimes it seems that the spots are spreading. i can't understand that what is happening with me.
sir plz help me to treat this.i tried my medicines for the treatment and i want to just get rid of the babchi(because dut to this my coplexion is reduces and the skin color is turns in to darker, this is my thinking) and start a homeopathic treatment as you recommend me.my details are :

Age : 27
Sex : Male (unmarried)
Height : 5'5'
Body-Type : Medium-Built
skin-type : Dry and in summer it secreats excessive sweat specially in the face region.the skin is not too much hairy.skin complexion is fair but at face and hand it is dark and light due to migration of melanin from one place to other.
Digestion is good without any problem but sometimes i feel constipation in morning and then i use the finger to unchoke the faeces this is happen after 4-5 days.but i have discovered the solution of this problem and the solution is yoga. and the problem is resolves at some extent.
the sexual health is well and the night fall has never occured in past.hand copulation 2 or 3 times in a week.
i smokes two times a day it is bearable to my stage or it should be quit.
