Squint Eye problem!!!

Hi. I have squint problem since childhood. I had two surgeries. Last suegery I had two years back. But I am still having some difference in my RIGHT EYE. It's going outward little bit. I think I can only feel it. No one else. But I am worried coz I am getting married at the end of this year. Please help me . What can be a permanent solution to this problem?
