Skin Cracking on fingers

Hello, I have been having some skin cracking on the top of my hands with some redness. The knuckles have some cracks that come and go in various spots.

Is Petroleum
the best answer for this?

Thanks for the confirmation from both of you. I was taking the 30c petroleum as directed on the label, it was helpful but it seemed to have a limited amount of releif.

Would 200c petroleum be a better potency?

If so how often should it be taken?

62 remedies are written for cracks on fingers. For selection we need detail. Please post each nd every detail regarding the present condition and causation of the disease and time and circumstances under which the condition becomes better or worse. In case of failure of petroleum you can use sarsaparila in 6c.Hope it will help you and if you think petroleum is better for the condition instead of going towards 200c go back for 6c.

Thanks for your help with this, it seems the cracking on both top of hands.

on left hand pinky knuckle joint and middle finger knuckle joint.

right hand 3rd finger knuckle after fingernail.

time of year seems to have a factor as it happened similar last year same time,
with the 2ooc petroleum (taken a few times) prescribed by a homeopath with some acupucture.
