Cramp in hands

My mother is 65 years old. She is suffering from cramp in both the hands since last 15 years. She can do all her household work like cooking food, eating food, etc. She can drink hot milk but her hand shakes all the time. Even while she in not working, her hand shakes, but less. She did some ayurvedic and allopathic treatment but of no use. Please suggest some homeopathic treatment for the same.
