Horse with Uveitis

I would REALLY appreciate help for a 20yo horse with recurrent Uveitis. It's VERY painful and it comes back as soon as the UV rays in the sun get stronger as it is Spring here in Australia now.
I was so desperate 2 years ago to help 2 other horses with it, I called the Vet (and I do NOT do that unless desperate lol !)who charged a LOT and couldn't help. The 3 horses who have had this all had access to a dam.
I suspect it is caused by a bacteria called Leptosperosis.
If anyone has any suggestions I would be grateful as would Monte !

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
If there is no itching-irritation use single dose of Natrum Mur 1m on three sucessive days and wait 3 - 4 weeks to judge result-

I would like to thank Walkin for his recommendation. Monte's eye is not right yet, but is much better,
Thank you,
