Glad to note that Arnica has helped you to reduce your craving for cigarettes down to 2-3 daily. It would be in your own interest to stop it altogether ASAP now that you have discovered that it is helping. You have not indicated how many cigarettes you usually smoked before the Arnica and for how long have you been addicted ?

You do not need to refrigerate your bottle of Arnica and it is important that you succuss it every time before you sip a teaspoonful twice daily.

You can take it in the dry dose in the pellets but you may be surprised to discover that your craving may return. This is due to the succussing which increases the potency of each sip to a slightly higher level than the last dose which is really the secret in this therapy which you have discovered really works.

I just wanted to let everyone know, I have been smoking for 13+ Years, I went to my Doctor and wanted to quit but I was sick of trying the route of patches, gums, etc. So I got a prescription called Champix( $57.77, Its a 12 week program). I Started taking it Jan 23, you start off taking .50mg for the first week ( you smoke the first week) in between Day 8-14 you pick a day to finally quit, on Day 8 it changes to 1mg therefore after. on Day 9 I decided would be my quit date, I will be honest I thought I would fail, I stayed strong and had the support of my Loving Fiancee. I was very irriated the first 2 weeks for the most part, just the small things would set me off, it was weird, but now I'm only into my 2nd package of the prgoram but I Do Not crave the dirty little habit !! even when I get stressed out to the point of pulling my hair out, I do not feel like I want/need it!! Might I add, I smoked up to 1 pack a day, or 1 pack every 2 days depending on how bad my days would be. All in all think of this, the program itself costs $350.00 all together, some peoples medical covers this and you can in fact claim this back (I have ) if you calculate what you've spent in the last 2 months on Cigarettes, you can see the Champix pays for itself and its money back in your pocket. If anyone has questions regarding the Champix let me know, I'm only into week 3 of the package but I'm now on Day 9 and free of it. It Feels Great.
