Puppy's aversion to having feet touched

I adopted a black lab mix, which we named Nell, 2 months ago at the age of 7 months. Her medical records revealed alot, including 16 vaccines from the age of 2 to 4 months. When we brought her home she was unable to hold her bladder and would urinate before I could even get her out of the crate. After I performed a case study on what little I knew about my young girl, I gave her Thuja 30C. Overnight, the crate wetting stopped. Now, my problem is she will not let anybody touch her feet. Two weeks ago I took her to have her nails trimmed (because they are black nails and I'm chicken :)). After several tries, the vet tech decided not to continue to try to cut her nails because Nell was so afraid. She is a very timid dog and has just recently accepted other members of our household. Her nails really need to be trimmed and I have an appointment for her and my other dogs this coming Saturday. Can you suggest a remedy that would calm a very nervous dog? I was looking at Argentum Nitricum. Any help would be appreciated.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Thuja 30c has worked. isn't it?

Then administer thuja 200 first week, then silicea 30 next week one dose each. This'll negate ill effects of vaccination.

Even after this, if the nervousness persists you can post back.

Thank you so much. I will definitely give her the 200C. As I mentioned in my first post, I took the pups in for their nail trims this past Saturday. I have a Greyhound who is a real gentleman and very cooperative, and a GS mix who is a sweet girl. Both of them were wonderful as usual. The pup, however, broke out of her martingale collar and ran down the hallway at the vet's office just seconds after the back door was latched. My husband was outside and all he could see was Nell's face bounce up in the glass window of the door! She knocked me on the floor trying to get out of there! Needless to say, we left the vet without a nail trim for the kid. Can you say hyper??

In my opinion it may be due to nutritional disturbance. Silicea is a nice followup remedy which most probably should correct this.
