All of you spend your valued time and advise public some excellent therapies but most of time a fool like me fail to know how much dose we need to take on your advises hence one can use below method to make things easier.ex.dose should be like below,4 tabs a day 1-1-1-1
3 tabs a day 1-1-1
2 tabs ea.in morning and at evening 1-0-1
Such format will be easier to understand for people like me.Thanks
