need help, hair loss due to alopecia areata

Hello, i suffer from alopecia areata which is bold spots along the head (i was told by two doctors). I have lost so much hair, and still loose some till today but it has come too much that i am almost bold on the top of my head. Is there any medication you can recommend me? Is it fixable? Im a 2o years old male.
