prolapsed piles

I was hainv pain in the anus and i applied alopathi ointment for a few days. Sudddenly on morning i found a big lump(grape size) outside the anus and the surgeon diagonised it as prolapsed thrombosed piles (7 o'clock) and gave me some medicine. after 10 days again I consulted him and he has noted that the piles has shrunk in size but ulcerated.(pepper size) he has advised me to undergo a surgery. can it be avoided by taking homeopathy medicine. Only one day I had bleeding.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Aesculus and Paeony are the remedies likely to help the problem.

NB do NOT take more than one remedy at a time.
