This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
It is possible that you suffer from Hyperacidity which can eventually lead to GERD (Gastro Esophagal Reflux Diseases

The remedies used are
Nat Phos 6x
Arnica 30c in the wet dose

Please visit the links below for full instructions on how to use these remedies and the response it has had on patients who have used them.

Please follow the instructions I have given in the links I indicated. You will make the wet dose yourself.

You cannot replace the 6x with the 6ch.

sorry to be a pain -the arnica i have is not in pellet form ,it is in tablet form from weleda,is that ok to make the wet dose? x

mollydalton last decade
How big are the tablets ?

Joe De Livera last decade
they are small, small enough to pop in your mouth and swallow but not tiny like pellets.it is arnica 30 and the pot says 1-2 tabs every 2 hours for acute cases, hope this helps x

Hi Molly
If you find no allieviation from the above 'Joepathic' remedies , there may be others which will address your abdominal and stress issues.

thanks for that,i will try it if it is no harm and we`ll see xx

hello again, today i bought the arnica pellets and tried to make a wet dose but they didn`t dissolve for ages and there was no bubbles, can i still use it?

mollydalton last decade
The reason why you did not see any bubbling of the water is because there was not sufficient air space at the top as the bottle was full of water . Pour out about an inch from the top and you will then see bubbles when you shake the water. This is succussion.

I note that you did not mention about your getting the Nat Phos 6x. This is an integral part of the therapy and the dose is 3 tablets after meals.

oh yes i have ordered them, they should be here tomorrow.i didn`t start to take the arnica,i just tried to make it,i will do it again now x
