Unfortunately my illness in and of itself ebbs and flows and at times makes it nearly impossible to navigate the web let alone rethink my past which serves to fuel up my particular brand of disorder self feeding meaning that the experiencer often feels as they are only along for the ride in an otherwise amock process.No one can do other than to make some simple suggestions.
