swollen lega, ankles and feet and nothing seems to help Please help

over the past few years gradually my feet have been getting swollen -- so that I could get a pair of shoes and 6 months later they would never fit again; then my ankles and now my legs have all gotten very very swollen. Laying down doens't help it unless its a period of 3 days which I just can't accomplish unless I'm sick -- which I seem to be quite often.

Redness in the face, purple nose just ocmes on its own - no explanation. Multiple migraines, cholesterol of 100 (yes 100) BL -- usually 90/60 now coming more often 120/70 - 130/80. Fluctuates between low and higher. Can't have my legs down for longer than 1 hour or very red, tight and constrictive. Have been on the sequential circulator pump - helps somewhat -- but then comes back. This is in both legs, although lately left is getting larger than right and left has also had for past 25 years a fat globule at top of leg which look like a pouch! -- Used to model, beauty pageant placed, then in college got 2 week measles twice, also has TNTS surgery could not find pituitary tumor -- apparently my pit blew out from stress at age 32 - 1991-- and heart had stopped during surgery. In 1982 became legally blind in 7 days with inability to see field test, had 2 CT scan for pit tumor then -- nothing.

I am having a harder and harder time to walk, burning feet, legs, can't get any pants, shoes, lasix - made small dent only for short period of time. harder to breathe lately too - more labored. I hate the way I look and although I keep a happy disposition on the outside -- really want to cry and sometimes have feelings of worse.

I'm too young to be going through this for the rest of my life -- and I've been coming more and more depressed but nobody knows this -- expect this board.

Not on any bedicine -- excpet lately due to another cold. - I hate to take medicine and usually forget - similar to my Mom.

My Mom apparently has never had an appendix and Dr. Sharma you answered me earlier with respect to my Mom (carotid artery ) - which turned out to be the right vertebral artery instead. But the dolochos and quilla hispanica seem to have helped a lot -- she was put on Lotrel 10/20 reduced with 1 1/2 moths to 5/10 (actually used 10/20 - 3 times a week and then M & W only and now on diazapan 80mg. ] -- thank you for your help there -- but Mom also always had low blood pressure until this.

The doctors have told me that I'm not in the books -- and this has come from several doctors -- who are both the heads of their departments and their schools.

Please help -- I have no insurance - because I'm self-employed. The multitude of tests they want me to undergo are soooooo costly and since I grew up with homeopathy -- I always return home. They did find that I had a left pole kidney cyst -- but I was told that was normal. Of Course. Of yes, with the measles -- I went into Code Blue from a reaction to the compozine.

I can forego food and often do -- but no weight loss. I crave salt, spicy or sour much more than sweet - only once in a while I get a taste for sweet --- and then I get heartburn from it. Chocolate tastes sour to me as well as milk and ice cream.

I am considered an very outgoing person and the leader for everybody and also as someone nicknamed me 'Mama D.....' for everybody.

Had endometriosis and 2 laparascopic surgeries for that as well as bleeding 2 times for 6 mo straight.

I usually have complications wtih surgeries and/or medical procedures. Have 2 herneiated discs at L4, S1, and have fallen multiple times

My background is medicine and law and currently work in law, taxes and notary -- - but don't have lawyer attitude -- so never became one.
