TK Basu Clinical Trial - Treating Myopia With Physostigma

I recently read a clinical trial run by TK Basu around 1980 time frame where he obtained good results reversing myopia by administering Physostigma in different potecies over a 6 month period. Basically Physostigma was given once a day for 3 days. Potency was increased every 45 days.

For example, on day 1,2 and 3, 30c potency was given. On day 45, 46 and 47, 200c potency was given. On day 90, 91 and 92, 1M potency was given, and, on day 135, 136 and 137, 10M potency was given.

Over the six months, some patients experienced vision improvement from 6/18 to 6/6. About 70% of the patients had positive improvements.

Is there anyone out there who had personal experience with this medication for myopia? Would be interested in hearing regarding any experience with Physostigma.

Do you use a similar regimen to administer the drug as described in my original post.

I have also read in JN Shinghal's book 'Quick Bed-side Prescriber' to use Physostigma 3X potency 4 times daily.
