Chronic constipation in my dog
Are the homeopathic human remedy suggestions here the same for a dog?When I tried to answer some of the questions all I can do is answer them subjectively as it is my dog that is having the problems.

Yes they are, but as a chronic condition you need to take into account more than just the constipation.
My cat, which developed a chronic constipation condition called megacolon, was a poster child for Calcium Carbonate, ONE sign of which was constipation. Temperamentally and physically she was exactly that remedy.
Your dog will have a personality profile and quirks and physical issues that you as the owner will come to understand. That may help you choose an appropriate remedy.
