Severe hairloss and plucking
Hello, I am a 42 year old who has suffered with hair loss for around 13 years, but it has been in the last 3-4 years that it has just been jumping out of my head. I swear if you listened closly, you would hear my hair scream jeronamo. I am on hormone replacement therapy of progesterone and cenestin due to a hysterectomy from polycystic ovaries and I have hypothyroidism which I am taking Armour and synthroid for. My scalp is oily with a lot of sebum build up and horrible breakouts on my scalp which I assume it comes from the oil and sebum buildup. I have noticed hair on my lip and chin lately and I'm about ready to cry. My doctor is at a loss as to what to do and emotionally... well you can only imagine. I have just run across this web site and I need some serious advice on what I should do. I'll patiently wait to hear from you. Thank You!Colleen on 2006-10-19
