take three doses of GRAPHITES 200C at 3 hours interval on any one day.

note the symptoms for the next 15 days.

you can also check SEPIA 200c and LYCOPODIUM 200c subsequently if GRAPHITES does not give you full relief.

I am a 30 year old female with 2 children. I have been diagnosed with PCOS, polycistic ovary syndrome and possibly as a result, i have lost a lot of my hair. This is very distressing to me. I used to have beautiful, thick head of hair, and now, you can see my scalp through in the front. I have been losing my hair steadily for 7 years now. Please, help.
I am not on medication, although my gynecologist gave me Metformin to regulate insulin. Thyroid tests are ok. I was a little iron deficient, but i was pregnant back to back in 2006 and 2007, so it could be from the hair loss. Please recomend a course of action, some good vitamins, and maybe a dr. i can go to for my hair loss. Thanks in advance I have always had irregular menstrual periods. I was also diagnosed with Insulin REsistance. I have since improved my eating habbits. I conceived my first child by taking clomiphene citrate, but my second child was conceived naturally.

I am very temperamental, sensitive, i get angry and frustrated easily, and it's hard for me to take critisism.

can you exactly describe your pains, sensations and sufferings during or before your periods.

is it related to the flow..

which ovary is affected, right or left?

can you describe your personality in a bit more detail. what are your major traits in your behaviour with your husband, friends, children and peers.

do you crave alchohol or wine?

do you wear tight or loose clothing?

rishimba last decade
I do have some greying hairs on my sideburns, but nowhere else; i get blood clots during periods; they are not as painful anymore, just heavy, usually 7 days flow; not sure if one or both ovaries are affected; i'm easily angered, temperamental; i get frustrated easily; i don't crave any alcohol and wear loose or comfortable clothing.
