Arnica dosage query

Hi I have bought arnica tablets for bruising following a bad fall but the 30c tablets have the same dosage instructions as the 6c tablets - take two every two hours. Surely this cant be right as its equivalent of taking around 50x 6c tablets a day? They are Nelsons and incidentally also have unhelpfully tiny black writing on purple - virtually unreadable! thanks
