Recovering from Chikunguniya

Could someone please advise for relief from joint(all) aches and weakness, that refuses to go even after almost 2 months of getting rid of the chikunguniya fever.
I have read on this forum of rutaG30, Carbo veg30, and china 30 being advised for similar relief, should all the three be taken? and the the dosage and for how long does one need to continue with these medicines.
Awaiting help.
Almighty Bless!
Thanks

Dear Moddy

No, never three medicines together. Not even two.

The medicine for you is decided on your symptoms.

What worked for 'X' may not work you.

Where are the pains located? Tell about all the areas.

Can you describe the type of pain you are getting?

What makes the pain worse?

How do you get relief from the pain?

Please explain about your weekness in more detail.

Once we know the answers,we can help you.

all the joints still ache for eg. its difficult to bolt up the latch on the door with the thumb, the walk is difficult too, the pain is not a subtle one but even not as acute as was in the initial days. relief is from a little bit of massage, sometimes rest makes it worse though not always. the weakness is feeling tired after a bit of exhertion or sitting or walking for long.

O.K. Moody

You can try Ruta 6c,4 pellets every day, morning and evening, for three days.

You should get some relief within these three days.

Report back after three days, for further follow up.

Don't take the medicie after the third day, even if it helped you, without cross checking here.

Please ensure that there are no odors on you, around you, and in your mouth while taking the medicine.

Avoid Camphor fumes (religious) and incense sticks. No perfumes.
