abscess - now non-healing wound

I've been diagnosed perineal abscess 1 month back. Allopathic Surgeon recommended immediate operation but I consulted with Homeopathic Doctor and he prescribed Hepar Sulph-1M and it got burst in 2 days. The pus stored in the abscess got drained in next 5 days and at the same time wound size also became bigger(4cm[long slit]X 2cm-deep) but the flowing of pus didnot stop. After that due to non-patience I consulted with Allopathic Doctor and took heavy antibiotics for 10 days but that also didnt work and the pus flow is still continue. As I am aware of side effects of antibiotics so now i m back with complete faith in homeopathy. Now doctor recommended Hepar Sulph 1M + Gunpowder 1000 and Silicea 30 and Calendula Off. for washing of the wound. But still the suppuration is not checked and The wound is also not in good condition. I m getting depressed day by day as my job is suffering and i m bedridden for last one month, my whole life has halted. Can anyone please help me...please please...

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Use Calendula and Hypericum Q : 20 drops each in 1 glass of warm water, to was the wound.

Paeonia 200 : 5 drops x 1/2 cup water x 2 times x 7 days.

Using of Hepar Sulph , Silicea and Gunpowder together is resulting in such grave condition. I am sorry to tell u but the Doctor u r visiting is an idiot.

Also check ur Blood Sugar level, both Fasting and Post Prandial.
Reply if u have any problems.

Respected Pradip Sir
Thanks a lot for your precious guidance. I would like to share more details about my condition. Still the secretion from the wound is continue, i wont say thats PUS but its Orange colored watery kind of fluid(completely odourless) which is coming. Sometimes its more and sometimes its less. How long this could take to stop completely or is this normal ?
My wound is quiet abnormal in terms of situation/appearance/nature. Its located next to scrotum(not close to anus) but in left side(not in middle) and its tubular structure which is cut around 5 cms long and quiet deep, i can see both the side blind ends(for ex. a pipe is cut in long direction). There is no sign of healing as the healing should involve covering the cut slit. I m very much worried how this kinda wound will be healed up and when ? Are there stitches required ? I m highly demoralised/depressed as its been more than one month completey on bed, all the time lying down as I cant sit, even standing for even 5 minutes gives me enormous pain. My life has become miserable. Need you precious guidance. Please reply ASAP.

What is your age?
Are you diabetic/non-diabetic?

As per my assessment..there is still more pus inside.

Because Hepar Sulph. in high potency..prematurely closes the abcess.

The homeo doc should have given you a low potency of Hepar Sulph. like 6C at frequent intervals to drain out all the pus.

Anyway I can advise you a total treatment..after you answer my questions. Have helped to heal many who had Pilonidal Cyst ...which is similar but in that case the abcess is in the area of the lower back...little above the partition point of the hips.

Also, do you have any other ailments like hypertension, heart problem etc ??

I suspect...the allopathic meds have also reversed the gain.

Hi Pankaj Sir
My age is 31 and am non-diabetic as i got recently checked for blood sugar it was absolutely normal and i dont have hypertension/heart problem etc. I should se before getting this problem i was a healthy guy, who used to hit the gym atleast 4 times a week and has athletic physique. But now condition is worst ever, i've never been thru such pain(physical as well as mental).
As after advise of Mr. Pradip i consulted with another homeopathic Doc. and he has prescribed me hep. sulph 30 and cal. sulph. and continuously watching (every alternate day visit), but the condition is still as i stated in my note above. But for one thing i m sure after ur kind advise of hepar suplh. in low potency will work surely. Can you please put emphasis on my dissecting kinda wound. How it will be healed up and with what medication it will be faster recovery ? If any special diet required ?
Thanking you in anticipation.

In my opinion...you should take a dose of Myristica 200C ...which is the 'homeopath's knife'. It will burst open the wound again and make a passage for the pus that is collected deep in. Then Hepar Sulph 30C or 6c can be continued ...that will keep pushing the pus out.

Finally the tender area will begin to show some hardness around the edges. That is the time to give Hepar Sulph. in high potency to dry up the area.

Externally, keep cleaning the wound and applying Calendula.

You can discuss this with your homeopath.

Best wishes,

HI
Im new to this forum, but have been reading the comments about anal abscess and fistures, and wondering if I can get some advice on behalf of a friend. He has had a perianal abscess removed about 6 months ago, but since then it has still not completely healed, with a tiny opening in the scar, which is still leaking puss and is quite painfull. He has been back to doctor and nurse who say they take a long time to heal but this seems far too long. He has had 2 lots of antibiotics since the op but now it seems to be flaring up again. I also think he has IBS and from reading this could be attributed. Any suggestions would be really greatful.
Thanks
Laine

Hi there
Just been reading all about your experiences. I have a similar problem. I had a perianal abscess drained and now going through the healing process. To cut a long story short my wound is around 6 cm long and has now granulated up to the skin surface. That was three weeks ago but since I have had to go back to work it has become very sore and raw. Keep getting told it is 'clean' and no signs of infection but it still drains a bit and is not healing over. Have you any advice, apart from stop driving and stay at home because thats not an option, wish it was but I have a mortgage to pay.

Hi
It seems your wound has still something inside and has opening as well thats why keeps draining. I'd advise keep dressing daily with MAG SULPH GLYCERINE LOTION and put cotton over that. if the opening is big enough to put the medicine inside.. do that as well and keep it clean from inside. Going forward important thing is to take care of diet and intake of lots of water and keep stomach clean always.
Also, if you feel something hard inside/around the wound and find any sign of pus then post here again and i can let u know what to do. Hope this will help you. Get well soon.

Hi
Mn#any thanks for your reply. The wound is bleeding so is it still advisable to use cotton wool? I am told that the seton stitch is of the large kind that is fixed inside also!
There are some quite hard bits of skin around the sore , not inside the open wound bit but actually around the area, skin that didnt get chopped away under surgery. The pain has changed in the last week also, more like when i breathe in and out it feels like its putting lots of prssure on the wound, almost like its a respiratory issue somehow..!

the wound still bleeds it means its not healed up inside.. pls. start using the MagPhos Gly lotion and put cotton strips (not wool) first and then put cotton wool so that no cotton fiber sticks there. and see a good homeopathic doctor. I believe you are not taking any anti-biotics now and no other allopathy medicine. Stop taking anti-biotics it will make ur intestines dry and leave severe after effects.

Take the following medicines :

Silicea CX : 2 dose only ( one dose and after 10 mins. another)

Suplhur 200 : 2 dose only (1 when u wake up in morning without even rinsing ur mouth and one next day the same way.)

Keep an eye on ur digestion. Dont intake heavy food..key again.. drink lots of water. stay away from constipation. breathing, coughing, sneezing will cause pain for sure.. dont worry abt that and also dont exert urself in any physical activity that creates pressure on the wound.

The above mentioned medicine must be german. I am sure it will show u positive results soon. Take care.

Hi Sir,
I'm 24M, unmarried, Non-Diabetic, Non-Hypertensive, living and working in extremely cool environment. And my food habits are not good, I do take lot of Junk food outside.
My problem is I have a boil like structure of the size of a lemon seed, over the anus. I can't rectify whether it is a abscess or a boil. Sometimes it causes some uneasiness and sometimes, it seems like cured. I don't know when it comes and when it disappears. Will it be cured permanently or is it recurrent. Please suggest me what to do for that.
Medical History:
I have been suffering with Chronic Rhino Sinusitis from the past 6 months, for that previously I have taken kali bichrome 200 twice a week and Rhustox 200 daily once.
My present medication is Kali Bichrome 1M twice a week and Rhustox 200 daily once. Along with that, for Anxiety & Insomnia, I have been taking Gelcimium 200 and Natramur 200 each once a week and Justicia Mother Tincture daily.

So please suggest me what to do?
