Urgent!!!!!! Stomach Problem & High Weight
Dear sir,i m facing so many problems since 8months...i m working in DUBAI and when i came dubai i m facing Aciditi (gastric) problem..H.ployri and ultrasound is negative..i took medician but no releif..i m not eating spicy food... i m drink TEA morning and afternoon...bcz if u don't drink i feel headache..i mostly eat Khichadi can it was bad for gastric and which kind of vegetable i should eat and one year before my weight is 69 and now it is cross 80KG my age is 25 height is almost 6...its not make so much difference on my body but my stomach is badly out of shape..really i feel shame please please give me advice and some medician...i walked sometimes..in morning its difficult for me but after dinner i walked...exercise is impossible for me bcz of my working time.....please please please i beg u please give me advice i m in big big trouble...waiting forr ur quick response thanks bye
