perm teeth coming in behind baby teeth

My son's permanent teeth are coming in right behind his baby teeth. He won't let me feel very well but I don't think his baby teeth are loose.

I have read where Calc Phos will help loosen the teeth, is that true?

He is also taking Thuja, will Calc Phos interfer with it?
