This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Dear Molly,

2 or 3 pellets on any given day of the week, say Wednesday. Then next Wednesday and so on.Do not eat or drink anything for half an hour before and after the remedy.

Dear Molly,

LM1 is the potency which perhaps the pharmacy has.But 1M is a potency on another scale altogether.Any way, let us use what we have.

Get the LM1 potency bottle of Nux Vomica. From that take just 1 pill or globule and add it to say 500 ml of clean water.Let the globule dissolve. Then shake the remedy solution 10 times very hard by raising the bottle at least 2 feet and banging against your palm. Now take 1 teaspoonful from this solution as one dose.Take one dose daily after shaking/banging the bottle like this 10 times for a week. Then report after a week as to how you feel specially with respect to your constipation and related problems.
