stool problem

i have lot of gas formation after sleeping in the afternoon if i dont pass stools in the morning i have lot of gas cramping vomiting i have a hiataus hernia and then i have to wait for a long time to pass stools also have difficulty in passing stools my stools are normal they contain half digested food.if i pass stools i am alright..

this problem is not very uncommon.

better would be to treat this the natural way. take 2 to 3 glasses of lukewarm water in the morning to ensure bowel movements in the morning.

while eating, do not hurry; try to chew the food and masticate for a long time before swallowing.

include regular light exercises in your lifestyle.

even after that if the problem persists, you can come back for some suitable remedy.
