Pseudomonas in a dog's ear canal

I am in desperate need of help for my dog. He is a 5 year old male English Mastiff and has had recurring ear infections for several years. The vet finally ordered a culture of his ear this summer and reported a heavy growth of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. From what I have read about it so far, it is a pretty ugly organism and extremely difficult to treat. My dog is also resistant to most antibiotics, probably because he has been on most of them at one point of another.

The dermatologist vet we recently saw recommended another aggressive round of antibiotics and a diet of venison and potato and if that didn't work, to have his ear canals removed. I have to say I don't want to go that far and am a little tired of the expensive meds.

He is in a lot of pain and I really would like to find something to help him other than traditional medicine.

Any ideas?

Thank you.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Tellurium 30 at each alternate day for 2 weeks would help him.

And after two weeks Antimony Crudum 30 once a day at alternate days for two weeks.

In what form do you recommend?

Also, would you suggest any changes to his diet?
