please help me..... to get cure from this disease
dear doctors:I am a 30-year-old single male. I suffered from alopecia areata three years ago. Initially, there was a small patch without hairs, which grew big by time. I consulted many doctors and at last i found some remedy where the hairs came back. Subsequently, at the end of that course of that medication, I developed rashes on several parts of my body, my face became swollen, skin scaling from my hands, although new skin came now, and itching on specific areas like forehead, cheeks, chin, below jaws, neck, chest, armpit, abdomen, thighs, hands, legs, and even hair loss. After consulting various doctors, they prescribed some medication where if i take the medication, these rashes, etc. is not there up to 85%, but if i stop the medication it used to come back. Apparently, as the medication was steroids, i took it nearly 2 years and later came to know the steroid medication should not be taken for a longtime, so i stopped all medication. Now, i want to completely get cure from this. I am still loosing hairs from all over my head. The density of hair used to be there before is not there. My father is not a bald and so i think hereditary hair loss is not the matter. The scalp can be seen now. The itching is also there, sometimes is more and sometimes it is less. Sometimes I can feel eating eggs make my itching more, some vegetable, and also during sunny weather. I want to know any remedy is there. My father has asthma and epilepsy. My mother is diabetic and associated diseases. One of the doctors, told me it is atopic dermatitis, I do not know whether it is correct findings. It will come and go on its own. I am suffering a lot and depressed in life with this disease. Please help me to get relief from this. Thanks

This is a huge list, which I have made it in a paragraph by taking little time each day in my own ways.
My name is Sunil. Age is 30 male and unmarried. I live in India, Bangalore where climate is moderate. My height is 5 feet 5 inches. My weight at present is 69 kgs. It was 58 kgs at the onset of this disease in August 2003. I am nondiabetic. Regarding family history, my mother is diabetic with associated disease like back pain, kidney stones, gallbladder stones, heart problem, mild cholesterol, fibroids in uterus, etc. My father has asthma, epilepsy, and mild dementia. My personal history is depression, anxiety, and stress for the past 15+ years due to family problems and financial problems. I also have erection problems and also my hand shivers sometimes during tension or stress. If I lift a glass, the glass will be somewhat mildly shaking. This is not always, but sometimes. I am doing my final year BBA and working as Computer Operator. I do chew tobacco.
INITIAL ONSET OF DISEASE AND ITS SYMPTOMS: In August 2003 developed alopecia areata, which after treatment resolved. At the end of the treatment I developed allergies, which I do not know whether it was by medication or other cause because one doctor said it is medicinal allergy and other said it is due to some food intake. The symptoms correlates with atopic dermatitis as one doctor said it is atopic dermatitis and I checked in the internet and found the same similar symptoms. During the first time, when the allergy started, I went to the physician where I was treated for alopecia areata, he gave me one injection (I think betamethasone) and that made my symptoms worse. All my body and face was swollen red with rashes over the above mentioned areas. As that doctor had closed for that day, I went to nearby clinic, where he prescribed ketoconazole and Atarax 25 mg, which I took and all the symptoms went away. Though the hair loss was there, he told gradually the hair falling will stop. He told to take it for 15 days and come to me. After I went there he told okay it has improved and told to take the same medication for another week and stop. After stopping, again the rashes came back in less severe condition as first. These rashes are elevated when I scratch it otherwise like some red spots. Then he gave me emsolone 5 mg and Avil 25. I consumed for almost one and a half years each one tablet daily. I had stopped in between, but found the allergy returning back so I took it for the above period of time. After this, I was fed up of taking allopathic medicines and came to know that these steroids is not good for health it can have adverse effects as because of this I have gained 10 kgs extra. I stopped all the medication. I find that roaming when the sun is very hot makes this allergy to aggravate. I also found that eating egg gives me this allergy as well. I am not able to find any other food as I always eat less whatever I eat. I eat foods from hotel that is only rice items and some times Chinese. I like Chinese foods, but found only when eating egg noodles I get some allergy and also after eating chicken. There are no problems during the night because I can see that my face becomes smooth and plain during the early morning while watching in the mirror and as the day goes there will be some very, very small pimples like scattered in the forehead. This can be noticed from near, but from far as usual. I usually desire sweet items. I do not feel very hungry or thirsty as my job is just sitting and performing. I feel hungry at night when I have not eaten in the afternoon. I drink 1 to 2 liters of water per day.
THE PRESENT PROBLEM: The symptoms of allergy are better up to 85%, but still it is there because there is always a very mild feeling of itching in my forehead, cheek, and more in the scalp. but it is greater in the scalp. There is no redness or patch like area when scratched now as before. At the present time, I am not taking any medication. The allergies below my neck portion of my whole body have resolved almost. The sensation of itching is only there in the face and scalp. From the initial start of the disease till now I have been losing hair, so now the scalp can be seen from near. The hair fall has not stopped. During taking bath, the hair falling is more.
I can some how live with this itching problem, but the hair loss is making me very depressed. I am an introvert. I am bad in public speaking. My childhood was very bad. I have lot of patience. I do not get angry very fast. I am comfortable with all type of friends whether bad or good, I just hear to the good things. I am little lazy also.
