ear pierce staph infection

Cartilege. Vegan, all raw food, very healthy. 1st time medically challenged. Tendency to eat sweets like papayas (daily, but I guess that is ok as recently I read papaya is antiinflammatory), and dried fruits, less frequently. Curbing this. Using lots of tumeric now, and eating more onions, cinnamon, trying to conquer infection. Red, swollen. saw conventional dr. Pennicillin (sp.) prescribed. Not working.Began pen. 10/2. I think Vit. c interferes with it - and I have been taking a lot of Vit c because it is recommended so often for infections. Guess for now I will have to choose - natural or drug industry cure - and Stopped the pen. this am (was taking 2x a day). Now concentrating on Vit. C, and any natural antibiotics I can find recommended. Except may not use golden seal. What remedies would possibly help? Please ask me questions. (Made appointment with conventional dr. for early next week. This is going to be my week to conquer or get good indications that I am on my way to conquering...or, I'll go back to pennicillin, or, whatever conventional medicine suggests.) Thank you.

Hi

If the infection is after getting the ear pierced, you can try Ledum.pal 200 three doses, 4 hours apart.

Come back after you use it, and report condition. We will tell the follow up medicines, based on your condition then.

Thank you for your post! Per lab test, the infection is streptaccous (sp.?) not staph. Would that make a difference in your recommendation...? Would taking pen. (I am back on it to finish it up) be affected or affect results of homeopathic remedies. Please communicate any knowledge you may have about how DIET affects effectiveness of pen. Doctor did not tell me anything up front - I will be consulting 'after the fact' today. Thank you again. Nandararni

One more question: Ledum.pal 200 threee doses, 4 hours apart: I don't know enough about homeopathic medicine - what potency would I order. I don't see Ledum.pal 200 listed for sale. I don't know what the 200 indicates.

200 is the potency.

The lab tests doesn't make any difference.

Normal diet is o.k.

Ask for Ledum.Pal 200C.

Can even give a thought to Sulp, hepar sulph in single dose in high potency.

There are 2 kinds of hepar sulf - which kind? Does single dose mean one pill period, or one pill a day until I have finished the bottle? Do I finish the bottle with the Hepar on the schedule you have recommended? I'm taking not pen. as I thought but Cefdinir, a step above. Some small improvement noted with the introduction of urine therapy, which the dr. approved. But things are still very bad. thanks.

Hello nandarani

Single dose is 3 pills or 2/3 drops of a medicine taken only once.

Did you take Ledum? How did it affected you?

Was the causation ear pierce or some other thing?

I did refer to Hepar sulphuris calcareum.Sorry i was out of town for weekend so delay in replying. Single dose means only one dose ie.3-4 pills once and wait and watch for the results.Or taking 2-3 pills twice a day for 2 days in low potency and then stop and see for the results.
