Headache

I had a terrible headache yesterday. i think it started from the neck, as i have a weak neck. yesterday was cold with a chilly breeze and it was raining at times. the headache progressively worsened throughout the day until in the evening the headache was on top of the head and pulsating. it then spread to just above the eyes and when I went to bed it was also behind the eyes. I had to put a bit of pressure over the eyes with my arm and lie down in complete darkness and quiet to get some relief and manage to sleep. When i woke up at 3 am because the baby woke us up the pain was still sort of pulsating behind the right eye. By the morning I was ok. I needed a good night sleep to recover.
