Recurrent bronchitis in children - please help!

My two children (3 and 5 years old)have 3 to 4 episodes of bronchitis each year due to which both have been diagnosed with asthma. Apart from that they do not have any other symptoms of asthma (such as night cough, wheezing or exersize induced cough). Could you please suggest any homeopathic treatment of recurrent bronchitis in children?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I forgot to mention that both children suffer from almost constant post nasal drip but are allergy free. The bronchitis episodes usually start as typical colds with a runny nose (with clear watery discharge), on the second day there is already thick yellowish post nasal discharge, then the cough starts, and with or without antibiotic treatment we always end up with bronchitis. Even between these episodes the doctor usually notices post nasal discharge when he examines the kids.
Until now we have not given any steroids to the children, except during the wheezing episodes due to bronchitis.
