help needed....

My grandmother has been admitted to the hospital she was told that she must have a blood clot somewhere. She also has a slight kidney infection.
Symptoms as follow
She is very lethargic, she is not eating. She will not get up at all now. She has pain (headache) on the left side of her face.
She has glaucoma in her eyes. She is also 97years old.

I hope someone can give me something that might help her? I have started her on Arnica 30 (6 not avail.) for the blood clot. It is very had cause she lives about 6 hours away from me so I can't assess all her symptoms. These are all second hand discriptions.

Can anyone help me..suggest something...I will research it a bit and call my aunts so they can administer.

Thanks!

I am happy to note that you have, on your own, given your 97 year old grandmother Arnica 30c, to help her present condition. You have not indicated for how long you have given it to her.

Would you like to tell me how you chose Arnica ?

You state that she is not eating and is not mobile. It this because she is constipated ? If so for how long ?

Nat Phos 3x dose 2 tablets taken twice daily will help to clear the blockage. It may be necessary to give her an enema to help clear the blockage after which she can use the Nat Phos.

Stay with the Arnica 30c in the wet dose and keep us informed of her progress.

Joe,
Thanks for the reply. She just started taking Arnica 30 today. Im hoping to give it to her at least a couple of days.
I read on the Homeopathic Materia Medica that Arnica is used for confusions, debilitated with improvished blood, cardiac dropsy, a muscular tonic. Limbs ache, so for forth. After reading it I felt it related to her case so I thought to give it to her.

No she is not eating and is not mobile (much at all). But she is not constipated? She doesn't have intestinal blockage. She has a blood clot. Think you may have misread my post. But they have done a CTScan and have not found anything.

I have also been reading China and she fits that description more. She feels dizzy when she gets up. Since she hasn't been eating much she is weak.

I also read that Arnica will think the blood? So since allopaths say she has a blood clot I thought Arnica?

My grandmother fell to a UTI a couple months back. She got pneumonia after being in the hospital but overcame it. I feel this kidney infection has come to soon from the last one and she might not be strong enough.

For the mean time she will be on Arnica 30. Im really thinking of giving her China? Or even Sulph? The descriptions really sound like they can fit her case?

I would suggest that you stay with the Arnica instead of experimenting with other remedies.

I have used Arnica for many ailments not listed in the MM's and Repertories and am amazed by the results that this remedy extracted from a flower can help in so many ways.

Arniica 30c in the wet dose given in a teaspoonful taken 3 times daily will help her to get back on her feet.

Your doctors will have to give her the medication for her constipation.
