how often to take remedy

I have recently been advised to take sepia to alleviate symptoms of panic and anxiety and it has worked remarkably well. I am just wondering should I take any more? Not really sure how it works..... Thanks

No . Take none until there is a return of symptoms. At this time you may take a higher potency once. Homeopathy is about the minimum dose needed to inspire a change. The remedy is only a stimulus, the response is your own vital force-which is curative.
