Exhaustion, fainting spells and panic attacks
Since taking Syph 200c twice a week for 4-weeks over 6 weeks ago(given by homeopath), I was feeling great then things started to change.First of all I seem to have totally lost my appetite. Actually, my stomach starts to growl but I can't bare to eat anything, not even my favourite foods. Also, my face began to break out continually especially around my chin and eyebrows. The pimples were very red, painful and took ages to disappear (I usually have clear skin). Because I haven't been hungry I have been losing wait, however, I have also been getting vertigo slightly, almost fainting but not quite and when I'm around a crowd and I begin to talk I feel like the world is shaking and I am losing control. I begin to get flushed and I have palpitations. These palpitations begin when I am alone as well.
I have been very stiff in my joints also, but mentally I feel euphoric and in a dream world. I have been drinking my alcohol and socializing more which I seem to crave more and more. I have also started to become attracted to a male friend of mine over the past 4-weeks and when we are together I become dizzy and shaky but also excited, which is bad because I am in a long-term relationship.
I am having difficulties concentrating on my work and am becoming apathetic to anything besides this man I am interested in. Can anyone help?
Generally I am a chilly person of slim build, with fair to medium hair and pale skin. I love animals, travelling and reading.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I also feel extremely hyperactive most of the times then crash. I have slight insomnia and constantly dream. My eyes feel scratchy and tired but my mind keeps going.

it goes without saying that you have started proving the remedy.
most of your symptoms are ' proving symptoms ' of this remedy.
-euphoric feeling,dizzy, dreamy feeling
- skin eruptions
- craving for alcohol and loss of appetite
are all proving symptoms of SYPHILINUM.
the reason for this is evident to all that your homoeopath has given you the 200c potency very frequently for too many days.
generally, for SYPHILINUM this 200c potency or higher is chosen as a single dose or a dose set of two doses.
you have to stop taking the remedy if you are taking it even now.
the symptoms will subside ini a few days but you can also go back to the homoeopath and ask him to antidote it asap.

The remedy was only taken 4 in total, spread out over a 4-week period (once a week). Are you sure that was to much?

Yes. One dose should have been given, and the observation period should have been one month, atleast.
Any way, what happened is happened.
There are two alternatives before us.
To bear with the 'proving' which may go away on its own,
but, it may take a few months. However, you will be much better afterwards in all respects.
If the symptoms have become very troublesome to you, then the medicine is tobe antidoted. Then you may loose the full benefit, the medicine is going to give you.

Constitutionally I am quite phosphoric. I thought that this maybe what I required. So I took 1M twice over a two day period.

Get nux.vomica 6X liquid potency, and start olfacting the medicine twice a day.
Olfaction means simply smelling the medicine. Keep the opened remedy bottle close to your nostril, and take a deep breath.
It may seem strange, but it works.
If you can't get 6X liquid potency, get 6c. But not higher than that.
However, I prefer that you wait as much as possible.

You need a specific antidote for Syphilinum, and it is Nux.vomica.
Do you mean phosphoric acid or phosphorous? They are two different medicines, poles apart in their effects.
Please don't self prescribe higher potencies like 1M.
