Arnica Wet - Newbie Question
Have read the archives (Joe De Livera posts) regarding Arnica 30c -- wet application for skin problems. My 14-yr. old son has problem skin (acne) and is miserable...so, I ran out and purchased Arnica 30c.
Someone please check me on this...want to do it correctly...
Using 500 ml spring/distilled water in sterile bottle w/3 pellets of Arnica 30c and shaking until disolved. I am giving my son 1 tsp. in the a.m. and 1 tsp. in the p.m. using sterile spoon...no food/water,etc. 20min. before & after administering. Should this bottle/liquid be refrigerated or kept at room temp.? How long will it stay fresh and/or should I be making a fresh batch? Will 3 tsp. (3x) daily make any difference?
Really counting on this to work for him...have tried so many over-the-counter products with little results.
Thanks in advance.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
It will work just fine provided you use fresh water. Use plenty of water on your son's skin, and get him to keep it clean daily. The acne should go in a few months.

if you are living in a very hot country it is best to keep it cool. Fridge is ok as long as away from spicy foods. If you are going to be using for a while fridge is good in any country.
you can use (and top up) bottle for a fairly long time - stop using as soon as you notice any bacterial growths in the water of any description.
