bronchiolitis in 5 month old not getting better

My 5 month old son has come down with bronchiolitis. It started over a week ago with a runny stuffy nose and he then begun weezing half way through the week. We took him to the doctor and he prescribed the blue and orange puffers. We've started him on Aconite (4 drops every half hour)and we saw an immediate improvement in his breating. We continued for two days. He is generally happy, sleeps well at night and his eating is generally good. We've had some trouble feeding him. I've had to pump into a bottle because he has had problems staying at the breast due to breathing (he latches and pulls off and eventually starts crying). He's had some coughing bouts that gets him quite upset. I've been monitoring his temperature and for a week it was elevated but not quite a fever until this past Saturday (a week and 3 days from when the whole thing started) when he spiked a temperature of 39C and begun coughing violently. We took him to emergency and when we arrived he no longer had a fever. He was happy and alert. They treated him with 3 mist masks. Within two hours of being there he spiked another fever of 38.5C. As they believed it was viral they eventually sent us home. We've been giving him the puffers every 4 hours for two days now and he has not really improved. We took him to our doctor again who agreed he's not better and possibly worse. He told us not to worry unless he stops eating and becomes lethargic. So far he seems to be in general good spirits. He is quite clingy. He will protest loudly when he is not payed attention. He no longer has a fever and he coughs occasionally but not bad. However, his chest is still congested and his breathing is laboured. Can any of the homeopaths suggest anything that might help! Thanh you in advance.
