Help!! My horse has a hoof abcess....

Hiya,

My horse was crippled lame on Thursday and the vet has diagnosed a hoof abcess. There is a hole that the vet dug out a little and we are poulticing to try and encourage it to burst.

I wondered what homoeopathic remedies I could give him? Should I use Silicea or Hepar Sulph? Can I use both?

Help, needed urgently!!

Thanks!!

Dear Sarah

If the abscess has more heat and pain then consider using Hepar sulph 6C twice daily for 3 days or till the burst of abscess whichever comes first.

After it's burst start giving Hepar Sulph 200 to heal the abscess twice daily for 3 days.
