Hemorrhoids

I am a 32 year old male suffering from Piles for the last 4 years. I have been diagnosed with internal piles that are protruding. I have seen a surgeon and he has recommended me to have an operation. I have also had an injection in the piles to shrink them. It give a temporary relief for about a month and then the piles flare up again. I have also tried having Pilex but have not seen any improvement. please suggest me what I should have to completely eliminate the piles.

- bleeding or non-bleeding. if bleeding, state if it bleeds before, during or after defecation.

- painful or non-painful.

- itching or not. if itching, tell for how long after defecation.

Hi.

I have internal with the pilesprotruding. For a month there has been no bleeding but today after defecation, there was blood. It is painful after defecation as it becomes a problem sitting and getting up. I do not feel any itching. No other digestive problem at all. Have a lot of water to drink and do not put pressure when defecating. I feel the worst during the morning. In the Afternoon I feel better as the piles seem to go back inside the passage. Overall I am a fit person and like activities but I am slightly overweight.

are you an alcoholic and eat much of non-vegetarian food.

do you have sedentary lifestyle.

if yes, take NUX VOMICA 30C a few doses at 4 hours interval.

if no relief, take NUX VOMICA 200C three doses at 3 hours interval.

if you are not an alcoholic and your lifestyle is quite active, you can try

RATANHIA 30C for acute cases and SULPHUR 200C or AESCULUS HYPP 200C for chronic cases.

I do have alcohol and do eat non veg. My work is mainly in the office so I guess I will take Nux Vomica 30c. Can you tell me the dosage as well as for how long shall i take the course? Also will this eliminate the problem with pilesand will it come back. Any other diet I should observe?

take nux vom 30c just three doses after dinner at 1/2 hours interval. you will take this only on one day.

wait for response for 7 days. if no response,

take nux vom 200c just three doses after dinner at 1/2 hours interval. take early dinner.

this will be a permanent cure provided you change your life style.

take limited alcohol, reduce non-veg, encourage vegetarian food, take regular exercises to tire your body.

Hi
Can you explain what is a dose? How many tablets make a dose?

So If I have understood you correctly, you are saying that for example on Monday I have 3 doses only of Nux Vomica 30 c at 1/2 interval so one dose at 8 pm. another on 8:30 pm and the last at 9pm. Then wait for 7 days. If there is no change, take Nux Vomica 200c as above. This is for one day as well? Do I keep on repeating this if the cure does not wor.

Thank you.

if you take liquid dose, its 2 to 3 drops in 2 teaspoon of water. this is one dose.

if you take granules, its 6 to 8 per dose, to be taken orally under the tongue.

regarding the frequency of doses, you have correctly understood.

Change remedy if it does not work in the next 15 days of taking NUX VOM 200C.

go for SULPHUR or ASCULUS HYPP.

I think ...you should take a dose of Sulphur 200c right away. Give 24 hour gap and then re-start with Nux Vomica.

This way many have been benefitted from my suggestions....see other threads here on ABC Forum.

If there is a back ache also associated ...just post details here.

Hello,

Sorry for the late reply as I was away for sometime. I tokk the medicine as follows:
Monday- Sulphur 200 c 6 granules in the morning.
Tuesday - Nux Vomica 30c every half hour after evening meal three times.
This was taken three weeks ago.
Now I have not suffered from bleeding at all but after defecation but I do feel uncomfortable. Its because the pile are still protruding. During the morning it is uncomfortable, but during the afternoon it settles down. Please advise what I should do to get rid of protruding piles.
