Pilonidal Cyst (Help Please)

I know this has been posted already but I was hoping to get some quick help or a response. I found this website by researching on a Pilonidal Cyst. Today is the 18th which is a Monday. Last night my Cyst finally Popped or started to ooze out very gross and also had some blood. I was in some pain for about a week. I couldn't walk or sit for long periods of time. Today I still had some oozing but no blood. I had no idea what was wrong with me I thought I hurt myself maybe at the gym but that wasn't the case. My mother told me yesterday what she thought it was and they night is when I discovered the ooz and blood. What should I do know or the next step. I read alot on surgery but nobody seems to have good results. I am a Male and I am 25 years old. I am in good shape I work out at the gym 4-5 times a week. I eat for the most very healthy with some cheat days. I have read about some supplements here online to take, is this what I should do? Where do you get them?

Also my pain is pretty much gone today. I have a slight pain here and there.
