Thank you for your reply Dr. Sharma. I should go for another blood/urine test next week when I get the results I will send them to you along with the other details. By the way, the cost of that phone consultation that I was telling you about was on per hour basis that is why I thought that was too much.

I still don't have all the details of my test results but my creatinine is 3.9, albumin is 4.6. BUN is 44. I saw my nephrologist today who said that I am a fighter. I really look for a person good with a severely reduced kidney function. My BP is normal. She saw that I had no swelling. I have a lot of energy. I don't experience nausea. I feel good except for some fatigue after a stressful day at work. My nephrologist also ordered a blood and urine test. I also saw a transplant surgeon who asked me if I have diabetes, CVD, any major surgeries in the past or any pain etc. - all negative except for my reduced kidney function. My primary physician was happy to see me feeling and looking good when I saw him Dec. 26 after work which started at 6:30AM to 12:30PM. I am 105 lbs., the only problem are my kidneys.
As you know I have been taking eel serum since 1st week of Nov. I ran out while waiting for another order from ABC. It has been 5 days now. I still want to continue as I feel it is helping me. I am only taking very minimal allopathic medications as I don't want to take steroids in the form of Cyclosporine which my nephrologist was recommending a few months ago. I also refused to take Speronolactone. I dont want the sideeffects from these drugs and I am afraid it will only makes matters worst. I take 120 Mg of cardizem cd once a day, 100 mg. of Cozaar 2x a day and Norvasc 5mg once a day. I am also taking a multivitamin, calcium and vits. A & D, 150 mgs. of Co-enzyme Q-10. Once in a while I take Alpha Lipoic Acid and B Complex as well as Vit. C. I rarely go out to eat at restaurants as I am now eating less protein that I used to. I also take flaxseed oil which I spread on my toast everyday and I only drink white tea. I use Smart Balance Butter and Smart Balance Mayonnaise both with Omega3 Fatty Acids. I have never smoked nor drink alcohol.

This is cks689 again - just to correct a sentence in my previous post - it should read I really look good for a person with a severely reduced kidney function. I have a lot of personality and quite attractive and intelligent as well with a very positive mental attitude, and a kind heart who cares for everybody and have a lot of empathy towards others.
Another thing - I hope this continues. I have been noticing that the bubbles in my urine which used to bother me because there was a lot everytime now - seems really reduced. Perhaps this due to the eel serum.
