Hi footpain !!

Do you remember me!!

Can someone has plantar's faciitis pain because of heel spur?
**Yes.

The best and safe remedy for heel spur is to take 2 pellets each of the following tissue salts four times a day at a gap of 4 hours.
silicea 6x
calc flour 6x

On the basis of your reported symptoms at the other thread, you may also take three doses of Lycopodium 30c at a gap of 4 hours for 2 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

So your plan is -

day 1 and day 2
Lycopodium 30c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours

day 3 to day 15
2 pellets of ..
silicea 6x and calc flour 6x
four times a day at a gap of 4 hours.

i had these remedy suggestions for you in my mind so i was so pleased to see you again on the forum. Of course you may explore other options as well with the help of others.

Thanks !!
