IBS and Heartburn

I have been suffering from IBSS and heartburn for last 4 years. I have become lactose intolerant. Any mildly hot, or sour food (most fruits) gives me stomach attack.

Usually, it starts with acidity (heart burn) than proceeds to lower stomach pains. Usually next day, I wake up' with hungar pain between my breast bone and the naval. When I have sotmach pains, it lasts for least 3 days, I have repeated atacks' for even plain food I am able to take otherwise like yoghurt.

I have had lower and upper endoscopy doen about 2 years ago. It didn't show anything.
I have been prescribed prolosec. I taken that consistantly for a 2 months. It provides upper stomach releif but somehow I notice that my lower stomach becomes more suseptable to attacks when I am taking acid blocker.

I have eliminated most foods (sour foods, hot spicy food, tea, coffee, milk products, chocolate, non-soluble fiber), but still get into repeated attacks about every couple months.

would suggest you to start your tretment with NUX VOMICA 30C three times a day for some 2 to 3 days and wait for response for a week.

if you dont find absolutely no response, the next could be CHINA 30C. you will take CHINA 30C again 3 times a day for some days and note your response. as soon as you find an improvement, you can taper it down to one a day.
