itching

My hubby has had itching for about 2 months. Mainly upon standing and located directly behind scrotum. No visible rash. Took full course of paracleanse, still no relief. Possible hemmorhoids? What tincture to I give?

give him two doses of SULPHUR 200C at 15 minutes interval on any ONE morning in empty stomach.

relief should be felt in the next 3 to 4 days.

if the relief is partial, give him SULPHUR 1M two doses at 15 minutes interval after 10 days.
