ABC Homeopathy Survey Notes

The survey ran for two weeks in September 2003, and was presented as a pop up to everyone visiting the home page. In total, 2184 people completed the survey, and 392 people left comments.

The total number of respondents is a statistically valid sample size, and can be viewed as representative of our visitors, though as explained below, the number of respondents to each question varies considerably.

Respondents were allowed to skip questions that they felt didn't apply to them. Also certain questions were only asked in response to other answers. For example, people were not asked to compare our software with Cara unless they had indicated that they had used Cara. Consequently only 32 people were asked that question. The questions on customer satisfaction, and efficacy of remedy finder suggestions were answered by 62 and 572 people respectively

As the survey was hosted on, and only presented to, visitors to our site it can not be seen as representative of the wider community. For example, our visitors are more likely to be those people who have returned to ABC Homeopathy because they found it beneficial after previous visits.

What now for the survey?
These survey results will be online here for the foreseeable future. We do not intend to issue any press releases based on the survey results.
