Stickiness/tackiness, soles of feet

One of my children has been having various problems with his right foot incl. swelling, joint pain and itching rash, and along with those problems the sole of the foot is extremely tacky and sticks to anything with which it comes into contact, except possibly for a piece of cloth or rug. Bare floors, the inside of his slippers, socks, usually stick. Is this generally an acute or chronic problem?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Any chance if he was bitten by a tick?

Either case try Ledum 30 once a day for two weeks.
