Acne, bloated, Ulcerative Colitis,

CAn anyone help with a remedy for my wife please?
She has ulcerative Colitis, but recently is suffering from being bloated and increaced facial acne. She has always suffered acne, it just comes and goes in intensity but is bad at the moment. We have resently moved to Australia so this is a time of change. In the uk she was prescribed arsenic and phosperious based on contitutional layers..
