I have used arsenic alb 30c for my son and myself. My son was better but he has started again with runny nose and coughing (dry).Please let me know what medicine should I use for that.

-How many doses of Ars.alb 30 did you give earlier?
I have given 6 doses of Ars. alb 30.
-Have the symptoms come back unchanged?
This time the condition is a bit different. That is he started with dry cough initially then a little bit of runny nose. This morning I found that dry cough is getting a bit wet cough.
-For how many days your son is free from runny nose, after giving Ars.alb 30C?
Around two weeks he is free from runny nose. The main problem is cough righ now.
-How old is he?
He is three years old.
-What sort of weather is there?
It is summer here (Australia) although last one week weather was a bit funny. It was a mixture of hot and cold.
I have given three doses of Bry alb 30c as suggested by some one here!

Dear Dr Deoshlok,
Right now I do not have any Hepar Sulph 200. It will take few days to buy it. Therefore, is there any alternative?
I have Sepia 30c, Belladona 30c and Bryonia Alb 30c. Any of them is applicable?
