weight los ideas?

help iam looking to lose 25lbs fast

i live in new zealand and i eat western food

i live in the US and i have not tried any food diets but i am 26 and 5'4.5' and my weight in 165lb

this makes it easier.
the worst offenders are:
packets of crisps, fries, wedges ,french fries, white bread = bagels, white rice cakes, cookies, biscuits, + the gravey, meat with pastry
sugar
ANY THING LOW FAT, SWEETNERS
avoid these like the plague
use stevia instead its herbal
limit bread 2 slices daily or every third day
rice 2table spoons if you feel you have to eat it same with pasta
over weight people struggle with carbs i know iam one
1 potatoe small

eat beef, chicken, {fish shellfish if your not allergic too it}
lots of salads ; lettuce tomatoes beetroot,mushrooms asparagus,boiled eggs avocado =meat replacement fruit veges;eggplant cabbage pumpkin carrots peppers
i cant recomend breakfast cereals most of them all make me sick if i do its porridge with pure cane sugar which is almost black and almond milk pure maple syrup
i do drink milk most of it organic

smoothies made with fruit or veges, organic yoghurt,
herb spices in your food
allso dont drink too much beer
can have eggs for breafast with mushrooms, tomatoes

BUT MOST OF ALL GET SOME EXERSIZE
dance, swim. walk, turbo jam

i almost forgot nat phos 6
biochemic salt not homeopathic
this was suggested by someone else on this forum
iam doing this too
it is best not lose weight to fast fads do not work in the long term

The solution for weight loss is simple: You must use up more energy than you take in.

That means you can either reduce your energy intake (eat less fat and starch by weight), or work harder to use up more energy (exercise). There are no special cures beyond this that work or are permanent.

Remember also that fats, starches and sugars are all variants of energy in your food. So cutting out fats but increasing sugars, for example, won't help make you thin. You need some of each of these, but you need to balance how much in your diet.

Of course, you also need to maintain a healthy diet overall, as has been outlined above. A good doctor or dietician will give you reliable details.

you donot need white sugar in your diet it turns to fat and it is not the same as sugars found naturaly in food
and cannot compare the 2
and i will say again over weight people have to watch there carbs some people are race horses and some are not

you have to watch how you exercise, have a plan that you change a round every three days never eat the same food change it around every day,because the body goes in to hybination and stores it because it thinks thats all the food your gonna get
